Victoria’s Secret and PINK are changing behind the scenes in 2026, from PINK’s Gen Z comeback and store remodels to a renewed focus on sexy, bras, digital innovation, and brand growth.

PINK Is Getting Her Personality Back

If you’ve walked into PINK lately and thought, Wait...she feels different, congratulations—your retail radar is working. Victoria’s Secret & Co. has been deliberately rebuilding PINK as its own brand instead of treating it like Victoria’s Secret’s younger sister who occasionally steals her hoodies.

PINK is concentrating on the 18-to-24-year-old customer with a more playful, bold and irreverent personality, while Victoria’s Secret is leaning further into sexy, glamorous and elevated. That separation is important because management wants customers to immediately understand why PINK exists—and eventually have a natural reason to graduate into VS.

The PINK Makeover Goes Way Beyond Marketing

This isn’t just somebody changing the Instagram font and calling it a rebrand. PINK stores themselves are changing. The newer concept emphasizes recognizable PINK branding, apparel, mix-and-match shopping and a distinctly youthful atmosphere. The company has also been remodeling locations as part of the strategy. In other words, PINK wants to look unmistakably like PINK again. Revolutionary concept, I know.

Meanwhile, Victoria’s Secret Remembered It Sells Bras

Over at Victoria’s Secret, bras have returned to center stage. After years of identity debates, the company is again emphasizing the category that built the business while combining it with a broader interpretation of sexiness. Management reported that its bra business returned to annual growth in 2025 for the first time since 2021.

The company has also been reducing promotional dependency and emphasizing innovation and regular-price selling. Translation: fewer reasons for us to stand around waiting suspiciously for the next “everything is 40% off” email.

Sexy Is Officially Back in the Vocabulary

Victoria’s Secret isn’t exactly trying to climb into a time machine and recreate 2005. It is, however, becoming considerably more comfortable with the sexy, glamorous identity that historically made the brand recognizable. CEO Hillary Super has emphasized reclaiming sexiness while defining it for a broader modern audience. The company even changed its NYSE ticker symbol from VSCO to VSXY in 2026. Subtle? Absolutely not. On-brand? Extremely.

There’s Corporate Remodeling Happening Too

The makeover isn’t limited to lace and store fixtures. Victoria’s Secret & Co. has disclosed organizational and executive-leadership restructuring while working to make its individual brands more distinct. Management has also discussed speeding up product development, focusing resources on customer-facing priorities and essentially “doing fewer things better.” That may sound like corporate PowerPoint language, but the practical goal is interesting... make the organization faster at figuring out what shoppers want and actually getting it in front of them.

And Yes, The Numbers Are Getting Interesting

The changes are occurring alongside stronger business results. For the second quarter of 2026, Victoria’s Secret & Co. reported $1.611 billion in net sales, up 10% year over year, while comparable sales increased 9%. PINK has also been showing renewed momentum after years of struggling to find its place. So this isn’t just a prettier store and a fabulous campaign—the company is trying to prove that the new strategy can translate into actual sales.

The Bigger VS + PINK Plan

Zoom out and the strategy starts making much more sense. PINK can introduce younger shoppers to the company through a fun, youthful lifestyle brand. Victoria’s Secret can occupy the more sophisticated sexy-and-glamorous space. Beauty gives customers another reason to return between lingerie purchases.

Fashion shows, Angels, creators and cultural moments keep everything visible. Behind all the glitter, VS&Co is essentially trying to build clearly differentiated brands that can grow together without becoming copies of one another.

That may be the most interesting part of the comeback. Victoria’s Secret and PINK aren't simply asking, “How do we become popular again?” They’re trying to answer the much harder question... “Why should the next generation care?”
